🥩 Steak Ramen (Neoguri x Chapagetti Fusion Bowl)

A rich, savory, ultra-comforting noodle dish that brings together the best of two iconic Korean ramens — Neoguri and Chapagetti — topped with buttery garlic-basted steak.


🍜 Ingredients (1–2 servings)

For the Steak

  • 1 steak (any cut you like — ribeye, sirloin, or strip)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil, for searing

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic

    • 2 chopped

    • 2 thinly sliced

For the Ramen

  • 1 pack Neoguri ramen

  • 1 pack Chapagetti ramen

  • 2½–3 cups water

  • ½ onion, chopped

Garnish

  • Green onions, sliced

  • Sesame seeds


🔥 Instructions

1. Prepare the Steak
Season both sides of your steak generously with salt and black pepper.

2. Sear the Steak
Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak for 2 minutes per side until browned.
Add 1 tbsp butter and the sliced garlic, then baste the steak with the garlic butter for extra flavor.
Remove the steak and garlic from the pan and set aside to rest.

3. Sauté Aromatics
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp butter.
Add the chopped onion and chopped garlic.
Sauté over medium heat until soft and fragrant.

4. Build the Broth/Sauce
Pour in any steak juices that came out while resting.
Add the seasoning packets from both ramen packs.
Pour in 2½–3 cups water and stir well to dissolve everything.

5. Cook the Noodles
Add the Neoguri and Chapagetti noodles.
Cook until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid has reduced into a glossy, saucy consistency.

6. Slice the Steak
Slice your rested steak into strips.
Add a little extra pepper if desired.

7. Assemble
Place the sliced steak on top of the noodles.

8. Garnish & Serve
Finish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Serve immediately while hot and buttery.
