🦞 Lobster Alfredo Pasta — A Luxurious Twist on a Classic

Rich, creamy, and absolutely irresistible — this Lobster Alfredo Pasta is the ultimate comfort dish with a touch of elegance. Tender lobster meat is tossed in a silky garlic-cream sauce and served over perfectly cooked pasta. It’s surprisingly simple to make, yet tastes like fine dining at home.


🍝 Ingredients (Serves 1)

For the Lobster and Sauce:

  • 450 g lobster meat (fresh or pre-cooked)

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3–4 garlic cloves (2 sliced, 2 finely chopped)

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ½ tsp garlic seasoning (optional)

  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice, to taste

  • Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

For the Pasta:

  • 80 g pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti work best)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Add the pasta and cook until al dente — usually 1–2 minutes less than the package directions.

  3. Reserve a small splash of pasta water, then drain and set aside.


2️⃣ Cook the Lobster

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.

  2. Add the lobster meat, and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Sauté for 1–2 minutes, then add another 1 tbsp butter and the sliced garlic.

  4. Gently baste the lobster in the garlic butter until just cooked through and lightly golden.

  5. Remove the lobster and garlic from the pan and set aside.


3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same pan, add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for 20–30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it brown).

  2. Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning.

  3. Stir and simmer for about 2 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens.

  4. Add lemon juice to brighten the flavor — taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.


4️⃣ Combine the Pasta

  1. Add the cooked pasta directly into the sauce.

  2. Toss well, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce feels too thick.

  3. Stir for about 1–2 minutes until the sauce evenly coats the pasta.


5️⃣ Serve and Enjoy

  1. Plate the creamy pasta beautifully.

  2. Top with the garlic butter lobster and any crispy garlic slices.

  3. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh chopped chives for color and freshness.
