🍝 Ingredients (Serves 1)
For the Lobster and Sauce:

450 g lobster meat (fresh or pre-cooked)

2 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

3–4 garlic cloves (2 sliced, 2 finely chopped)

½ cup heavy cream

For the Pasta:

80 g pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti work best)

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the pasta and cook until al dente — usually 1–2 minutes less than the package directions.

Reserve a small splash of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Lobster

In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.

Add the lobster meat, and season with salt and pepper.

Sauté for 1–2 minutes, then add another 1 tbsp butter and the sliced garlic.

Gently baste the lobster in the garlic butter until just cooked through and lightly golden.

Remove the lobster and garlic from the pan and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce

In the same pan, add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for 20–30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it brown).

Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning.
