For the Chili Garlic Coating:

2 tbsp chili oil (preferably with chili bits)

½ tsp garlic seasoning

¼ tsp crushed chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)

1️⃣ Prepare the Coating
In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
