1 × 400 g can butter beans

2 tsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried mixed herbs

Method

Preheat:
Heat your air fryer to 200°C.
(You can also bake them in the oven; just allow a few extra minutes.) -
Prep the beans:
Drain and rinse the butter beans thoroughly.
Pat them completely dry using paper towels or a clean tea towel — this is key for crispiness! -
Season:
Add the beans to a mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, then add garlic powder, onion powder, mixed herbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss until evenly coated. -
Air fry:
Spread the beans into your air fryer basket or tray in a single layer.
