🧀 The Cheesiest Buldak Ramen Ever

Make this only if you’re truly craving an ultra-creamy, spicy, cheesy bowl of ramen 😮‍💨🍜✨


⭐ Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 pack Buldak ramen

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • ½ onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 pack Buldak liquid sauce

  • 1 pack Buldak dry seasoning

  • 2–3 tbsp heavy cream (a small splash, adjust to taste)

  • Mozzarella cheese, for melting on top

  • Chives, finely chopped (for garnish)


🔥 Instructions

1. Sauté the aromatics

Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft and translucent.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

2. Build the spicy base

Stir in the Buldak liquid sauce and 1 tsp of gochujang.
Mix well so the onion and garlic are fully coated in the spicy paste.

3. Season and add water

Sprinkle in the Buldak dry seasoning packet.
Pour in 2 cups of water and stir until everything is well combined.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

4. Cook the noodles

Add the ramen noodles directly into the boiling sauce.
Cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally so the noodles absorb all the flavor.

5. Make it ultra creamy

When the noodles are almost done, lower the heat and add a splash (2–3 tbsp) of heavy cream.
Stir until the sauce becomes rich, creamy, and coats the noodles beautifully.

6. Top and melt the cheese

Turn off the heat.
Add mozzarella cheese on top—either a handful of shreds or a slice.
Cover the pan for 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts into a gooey blanket.

7. Serve

Finish with finely chopped chives and enjoy the cheesiest, creamiest Buldak ramen ever!
