🔥 Buldak Ramen & Glass Noodles (Loaded Style)
The best way to enjoy Buldak? Load it up with all the good stuff — sausage, cheese, noodles, and more. Ultra spicy, extra creamy, and seriously satisfying.
🍜 Ingredients (1–2 servings)
-
2 Asian-style sausages, sliced or lightly scored
-
1–2 tbsp chili oil
-
½ onion, chopped
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
-
1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen (with its sauce + seasoning packet)
-
1 cup water
-
A handful of glass noodles (dangmyeon or mung bean noodles)
-
1 slice mozzarella cheese (or a handful of shredded cheese)
-
1 soft-boiled egg, cooked for 6 minutes
-
Chopped chives, for garnish
-
Optional: mini mozzarella sticks
(perfect if you want to recreate yesterday’s Nashville hot mozzarella stick combo!)
🔥 Instructions
1. Cook the Sausages
Heat chili oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced or scored sausages and fry until browned and slightly crispy on the edges. Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté Aromatics
In the same pan, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and softened.
Mix in the gochujang and the Buldak sauce packet. Stir and cook until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy.
3. Add Water + Glass Noodles
Pour in 1 cup of water.
Add the glass noodles and cook for about 3 minutes, or according to package instructions, until they begin to soften.
4. Add the Ramen
Drop in the ramen noodles and cook until soft, stirring occasionally.
Add the Buldak seasoning powder and mix until everything is evenly coated and saucy.
5. Load It Up
Top with:
-
mozzarella cheese (let it melt right in!)
-
chopped chives
-
your soft-boiled egg
-
the browned sausages
-
optional mini mozzarella sticks
Serve immediately — spicy, creamy, cheesy perfection. 😋🔥
